Everyone makes such a big deal out of "The Great Train Robbery" (1903), and obviously it is an important film, but this is the first full-length feature and is sadly ignored. Doesn't matter that there isn't much left, there's enough to know that it's pretty sophisticated and should be mentioned in more books than it is.
